The Johnston Group has been very successful in acquiring undervalued properties in need of renovation or repositioning through creative marketing. Once acquired, and in conjunction with other improvements, a trademark Johnston Group water feature is usually added, typically consisting of a waterfall, pond feature and a prominent piece of artwork. Our Properties

Corporate Center at Malibu Canyon - The 150,000 sq. ft. headquarters office park was built in 1990.
Though sold in 2006, TJG retains management.

Malibu Canyon Business Park - The 172,000 sq. ft. adjacent office park was built in 1985.  The Company Cafe and Club Fit L.A. Fitness Center serve the Business Park and Corporate Center.

Canwood Business Park - A 98,000 sq. ft., three building, office and industrial complex. Canwood Business Park offers a combination of warehouse and distribution space with ground level roll-up door access, as well as fully built-out office suites.

Westlake Corporate Centre – 2-two story buildings containing 83,000 sq. ft and located blocks from The Promenade Shopping Center.

Thousand Oaks Corporate Plaza - A two building property containing 84,000 sq. ft. The original office building (84,000 sq. ft) was acquired in 1997 and significantly renovated by The Johnston Group. TJG then added the Phase II building (20,000 sq. ft.) in 2001.

Chambers Industrial Park - A 25,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse building in Tustin fully leased to 2 tenants.
