Jeffrey A. Johnston, President of The Johnston Group, has been involved in
real estate since high school. A graduate of the University of California Berkeley with a BA in Economics,
and the University of Southern California with an MBA, Jeff has been President
of The Johnston Group since 1995. In this capacity, he oversees the leasing,
construction and property management of over one million square feet of space.
The Johnston Group has been a prominent company
in the community for the past forty years.
In 1991, as Director of Development, Jeff developed Malibu Canyon Plaza,
a retail center in Calabasas, for the Johnston Group.
Between 1997 and 2006, The Johnston Group, with Jeff Johnston as President, purchased, renovated, repositioned and leased-up
approximately half a million square feet in five office projects in the Conejo Valley, consisting of Thousand
Oaks Corporate Plaza, Westlake Spectrum, Promenade Office Park, Westlake Corporate Centre
and Canwood Business Park.
He is a member of The Young Presidents Organization, North Ranch and Riviera
Country Clubs and serves on the YMCA and Boy Scout boards. Jeff lives in Agoura Hills and has
a community-active wife and four children.
