Cal Johnston, the Chairman and CEO of The Johnston Group, is also a National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Chairman of Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo & Las Virgenes. He is spearheading the drive to build a total of six clubs in the region, the first ever in this area. The clubs are committed to making a difference in the lives of kids. They are broadly supported by elected officials, community leaders, teachers, school administrators, parents, and thousands of members of our community.

The clubs offer a wide range of programs, including the arts, technology training, athletics and fitness, academics, community involvement, citizenship development and leadership training.
