Laurie′s main focus with The Johnston Group is Human Resources, office administration
and special projects related to corporate matters and property management. Laurie
is responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs related
to recruitment and the planning, organization and coordination of HR services,
including benefits administration. Laurie began her career with the Federal National
Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae") in Washington, D.C., and has worked in a legal, real estate and construction environment for over 30 years, more recently as a Leasing Coordinator in the retail industry. Laurie′s real estate background includes both commercial and residential property management and leasing.

Dianna has been with The Johnston Group since December, 1993, as Accounting Manager and currently Controller, and is responsible for overseeing all the daily accounting activities for all TJG projects. She also works closely with the Realty Funding Division on special projects by assisting in preparing valuation projections, lease abstracting, and financial modeling on real estate acquisitions and sales.
Dianna has been a Controller in numerous areas of real estate accounting since 1976, including retail, office, multi family and new development.

Veronica started working in the real estate industry over twenty-five years ago when she received her California Real Estate License. She soon became the Property Manager for 40,000 s.f. of office space in Westlake Village with Village Park Properties, where she remained for the next ten years.
Veronica has been with The Johnston Group since 1992 and currently manages over 400,000 s.f. of office space throughout the Calabasas corridor, as well as our Thousand Oaks Corporate Plaza. Her duties include all phases of property management, coordinating tenant improvements, vendor and construction contracts, and renovations, maintenance and repairs of eight buildings.

As the Building Engineer for The Johnston Group portfolio since 1994, Joe is involved in every facet of tenant improvements, new construction, and remodeling. His specialties are heating and air conditioning systems, having had twenty years of experience in this field. Joe is the primary contact for all repairs and service requests for the entire Johnston Group portfolio.

Linda has worked in both commercial and residential real estate for over twenty years. She has been actively involved with lease administration and tenant relations for developers such as Shapell Industries, Lincoln Property Company, and American Tower Corporation.
Linda has been with The Johnston Group since 1999 and coordinates the leasing for all projects as well as the tenant improvements. She also oversees and tracks all construction contracts.

Belinda has been in commercial property management since 1975, and joined The Johnston Group in January, 2002. She brings considerable expertise in all phases of property management, tenant improvements, building renovation and design, tenant relations, day-to-day operations, vendor and construction contracts, and maintenance and repairs.
Prior to joining The Johnston Group, Belinda was with Matsix Investments, Inc./Tschantz Development in San Diego for 24 years.
